If the phone number is a VoIP (digital phone number), or if the guest has opted out of our marketing messages previously, they will not get a message. Guest Services may assist guests who have opted-out and wish to rejoin.
The message may also not work if the guest has put security measures in place to block unknown or "marketing"-related numbers.
The Digital Wallet ID acts as the guest's identifier — it tells the system who to attribute the sale to. Think of this as scanning your grocery store VIP card each time you shop to get discounts. The voucher is the discount code and what applies savings to the guest's wash. Both are barcodes, but serve different purposes.
Don't panic! Send the transaction information to marketing@racewaycarwash.com and we can manually reload their next voucher. Include:
a. Time and date of visit
b. Wash location
c. Vehicle license plate (if available)
Yes — a snapshot of the sale works!
It may take up to 72 hours for the sale to replicate into Rinsed's system and issue the next voucher. This all depends on how quickly the sales data flows into Rinsed from DRB.
If someone isn't receiving messages most likely they opted out of receiving messages from us previously. They can try restarting messages by replying START to 623 343 7100.
Other common issues are typos or providing unaccepted number types (VoIP, landline).
